Warm weather and your products:
At One Way Beauty, we are committed to keeping our products as natural as possible. As a result, our natural butter products are sensitive to temperature changes. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat, and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. We cannot guarantee that your butter will not melt during transit. However, we can assure you that the quality will remain the same if melting occurs.
On warm days we recommend immediately putting your butter in a cool place or refrigerator for 1hr upon receiving your butter. The estimated time may vary due to the temperature of the cooling space. We suggest refrigerating BEFORE opening the jars to avoid spillage. If you open your jar, carefully check to see if melting has occurred and proceed with putting the jar in a cool area to solidify. We cannot issue refunds for melted products, therefore please ensure to track the shipment to refrain from packages sitting in a hot mailbox.
